Why do they need one Jim?, I believe the little guy should be able to vote his 1/10 of 1% of 1% of the outstanding shares, but we don't have control over this company nor could we get the votes to pass any resolution if we wanted too. Thats like telling Yahoo what to do and when to do it. My guess is spinoff of Metroplus & selling of all remaining assets to the Medinah Mining tender..just my opinion and yes maybe overly optimistic reproach... You demanding a NPEC shareholders meeting and audited financials is simply pissing in the wind....And Jerry Jeff knew what he was talking about!
