To the AMZN thread. Just an observation:

I recently bought a CD from Amazon.com, after having the manager of a national music chain take me in circles. I heard a new single on a local Hot AC radio station that I liked. The song was not on the artist's first CD, released last year. The manager of the store told me that he was still releasing off of his cd from last year. I am in the radio industry, so music is part of my business. I was sure that he had a new cd about to be released, but she argued no. To make a long story short, I went to Amazon.com, found that he did have a new CD, set to be released in mid-June. I now own the CD. That chain has lost a customer and Amazon.com has gained one.
