Tom give it up. You are just wasting your time. KRT management have been trying their best to keep this company afloat. I doubt if there is enough money in the bank to cover their salaries as well as pay for present and future cash calls. I bet their only true compensation is the value of the shares they hold, and insiders information. Two questions that really matters ar this stage of the game are:
1. When are they going to release the results?
2. What was the purpose of agreeing to buy a NASDAQ OTC shell company?

As far as I can tell, this company has no full-time employees, and is run by its board of directors who are shareholders themselves - not employees. In the next few weeks, if a release of the last drilling results is announced, we will know the true value of KRT shares.
For those who do not know this is a speculative buy not a value investment. That is you can have far above average return on your investment or lose the bulk of your investment in KRT.
Just my opinion.

Maher

Anybody who really wants to know what is said at the AGM, or to participate, is free to be there. Shareholders have proxies that they can fill according to their best judgement on the record of management.

As a shareholder who keeps track of company documents and notices, I agree with Maher that at least some of the directors have made great personal sacrifices to keep this company going in very difficult times. I have invested in them, not in rumors, gossip or chitchat.

IMO, Mike doesn't owe this thread any report or anything he doesn't want to say or to do. Putting any pressure on him to do otherwise was and is again grossly unfair.

Personally, I am happy enough that at least one shareholder will be there. That's the only thing I wanted to know.

Take good care of yourself, Tom. I hope you will have a great summer holiday. Teachers deserve it <g>.
