I sure agree with you. It takes both to make a market and I have always respected the really credible shorts. The ones that can dig into a company and really find out something that no one else knows etc.

The disclaimer you posted from the S-3 though was hardly credible dd, right?

I mean, if we were to take that as seriously as you would like. I guess no one would ever buy any new issue or new shares in old issues because the filings ALWAYS contain similiar lawyer speak.

I also agree that there is room for both here. The shorts have made good money on this stock at differant times. Now, it is the longs turn though, IMO.
