Incomep, I sure agree with you. It takes both to make a market and I have always respected the really credible shorts. The ones that can dig into a company and really find out something that no one else knows etc. The disclaimer you posted from the S-3 though was hardly credible dd, right? I mean, if we were to take that as seriously as you would like. I guess no one would ever buy any new issue or new shares in old issues because the filings ALWAYS contain similiar lawyer speak. I also agree that there is room for both here. The shorts have made good money on this stock at differant times. Now, it is the longs turn though, IMO. Best of luck to all.
