Philip, It is a very interesting discussion, and to the extent that the SEC regulations are concerned, I know not what the right response is. What is clear, is that currently 50 MM TSIG shares are registered, that the agreement between TSIG and the PP fully authorize the use of the debenture as a collateral, and when these 50 MM will be exhausted, we already know (because of the request to increase the authorized number of shares by 200 MM shares) that additional shares will be registered. Shorting in the open market as a hedge to an equivalent security held has been legal and quite common, what is not common is the floorless feature of the equivalent security.
