I completely agree, and i is strikenly evident that the MM's aree artificiallly holding this stock down. There should be a good upside to NETO after these huge contracts. Might be a delayed effect now that we know the economy is strong with no inflation. On to earnings season, and up with the NETO depressed stock price :)
