Zeev, Thanks for your opinion. Since we do not know if TSIG is in any talks in this area, perhaps TSIG's Lawyers will take a serious look and incorporate some of your suggestions.
I Agree, Good Corporate Counsel should have recommended a Right Offering instead of the current PP.
