Kudos for the research performed in trying to analyze what's to be found under this rock. Truly amazing what "true investors" in the words of the alleged undisclosed CEO can dig up when facts are shielded from their immediate view. I would concur on your fair market value analysis but I wouldn't be so kind as to assign that market price of $0.15-$0.30 because GCDV and NMM themselves can not guarantee the consummation of the shell deal. In addition the numerous questions, insider trading, connections to criminal elements, Raging Bull antics, and previous track record for pumping and dumping all point to a return to the prices where this sleeping shell began.
