STOCKWINNERS: We believe the markets are now getting ready to begin their summer rally. The real upward move should begin next week, as portfolio managers rearrange their positions for the end of quarter "window dressing". Window dressing is conducted at the end of each quarter, as fund managers sell the lagger stocks and will buy the outperforming issues. That way, the portfolio look more impressive. We believe between now and mid-August, markets will set new all time highs. Dow 12K is within reach, as is Nasdaq 2,800!
