CPQ have a good day??? I no longer look for a "good day" just one that is not as bad as normal.. Figure it will take many months yet! Anyway, that's MY opinion...

Yes, El, I've done my share of watching... I'll resist seeing it twice!

It rings true with my experiences on the periphery... I remember my ex-IBM boss back in '77 at a Florida Univ. asking if I really thought there was a future in micros! What a joke... ALL of the systems programmers andMOST of the applications people wanted their own! Who wouldn't? Amazing that Xerox developed and passed up some much... just uncanny. If nothing else Bill should buy out Xerox and make all the original developers millionaires and make sure they retire happily... he just owes and owes and owes.

"The silence makes me believe that most think that tomorrow won't be a very good day for CPQ."

El. I think that's a pretty safe assumption. Unfortunately. It's going to be a pretty safe assumption until we announce a strong CEO appointment and a couple of quarters showing the company is getting its act together. I was a CPQ bull for the last couple of years. Although I'm holding my shares (bought at an average of $32), I now feel it will be a long time before I am even again.
