Thomas, Cary is the reason why I first became active on SI. I never would have previously imagined that I could find such stimulating dialog or learn so much. While Cary had an outstanding buy discipline, however, I have always felt that he lacked a well thought out strategy for determining when and how to take profits. I think that a sell discipline is just as important as a buy discipline. Therefore, yes, I am in a sense taking a bit of a jibe at him, trying to engage him so that he will stay, and also hoping to demonstrate a potential system that I think may be compatible with his basic investment style, where he can keep his day job and still have time to participate in our threads and to successfully reinvest his profits in other sectors when the timing is warranted.
