Suzanne, I will not disagree with more or less than $2 MM in the scenario. There are two points that are important, first, there was a case before in which not just a board members was part of the bandit's scheme, he was the presidents and owned more than 80% of the stock. Check the history of CAFE some one year ago, Rubin was his name if memory serves.

Second, the actual size of the draw down, must increase if there are going to be any sales just to support working capital increases.

By the way, to support your argument that not all the PP participants are bandits, another case history was EXSO, where one of the owners of the PP was on the board (later resigned) but while on the board, he did not short, but that did not prevent one of the bandits (Shaar fund, an offshore outfit), from ruining the company's stock and ability to go and seek normal financing.

Good luck.

Zeev

Thank you very much for that "alternate viewpoint", so sorely needed! I'm glad you didn't have to kill yourself, we would have missed you!!

Zeev clearly knows, inside and out, a potential scenario. However, he does NOT know what is occurring right now with TSIG. Everyone points to the nosedive of the share price as "evidence" of a death spiral due entirely to the pp "bandits". While Bernie has stated there is some shorting and converting/selling by the pp holders, nobody knows the exact numbers, and there has been more than enough shareholder angst to account for a percentage of the decline.

There is a lot of "I told you so" going on here, and even some "my friend Ditch was right" comments, implying somehow that the early warnings of the alleged death spiral were in the shareholders best interests. What is not clear, however, is how much of the price decline is due to the actions of the pp, or, caused by a fearful shareholder selloff due to the endless one-sided pounding by these "angels of mercy".

Would the price have gone up past .50 if there hadn't been an onslaught of posting warning that the "sky is falling" with the floorless? We will never know. Perhaps the pp would have shorted us to 6 cents without Sword and Ditch and Zeev's help. Perhaps. Perhaps not.

Although there are very bright individuals on this thread who are brilliant at presenting the worse case scenario, there is a distinct bias in the posting of these individuals. We all have our biases, so that is expected, to a degree. However, when the bias prevents the individual from acknowledging the possibility of an alternate scenario, things begin to smell funny at that point...
