Bill, in my attempt to spead the word of GATA I found that your Cafe site
was the current defacto point of reference, as comparied to gata.com that
did not contain GATA related material generated thru your efforts. I realize
that the clients of those commentators on the Cafe represent pay per view
material, but so far most are pointers for the GATA movement rather than
the global markets. I realize that the gold issue is part of the big picture,
and these suppliers of insight is never for free, but to me they have focused
on the GATA issue as they believe it could be a deciding factor to determine
the stability of world economics.

So I am not questioning the validness of putting the articles under the pay
per view Cafe's unbrella, but by doing so their presents is hiding by that
piddly $99 which from a consumer's view point, tell me why it will be worth it
to see, and you could reply "is your financial livelyhood worth $99 ?".

But the only way they can answer yes is to understand first, but that requires
to read the articles first, which requires .....

For me, outside of the GATA issue I have no desire or reason for the type
of information given thru the Cafe. But once against the gold issue is a concern
of mine, but only thru GATA, and I see GATA inside the Cafe, not on the
gata.com site. Around and round I go...my problem, not yours.

As for the piddly $99, I have released from my disposable spending money
much more than $1,000,000 for areas I got involved with, but I do so without
exposure, and I will leave GATA for others as your success is not needed
by me except for me to see a single gold mine company be ok for my
emotional satisfaction.

Doug,

Hopefully this thread is read by gold mine companies around the world.

If so, stupid for them not to help GATA.

...... We are asking all the gold companies to buy an Alain Despert print for $500. I hope you will be instrumental in having your Mongolian minded firm step up to the plate and buy one.

Second, I hope that you will become a lemetropolecafe.com member after 4 trial memberships. $99 to to fight for the survival of an entire industry. Am I missing something?
All the best,

Bill, a very short addition to follow up my last post to you.

Just returned from gata.org

last updated june 1,
and the following sentence sums up "current" GATA status on this site

<<This remains a frightful struggle against long odds.>>

but the Cafe GATA related articles paints a much better picture.

For those people that only visit gata.com and not this thread or the Cafe,
then the impression obtained might be that GATA is stuck in mud waiting
for help, or maybe gave up.

The Gulf War put CNN Cable News on the map.

GATA web site could put the Cafe on the map if its gold related articles
were duplicated there after a short wait period, with notification to readers
that its until the fog on the gold landscape lifts to all can see whats
really happening thru news reports explaining why all hell broke loose
on the economic landscape.
