Marcos, that is only my interpretation of the proposed re-alignment of all the Canadian Stock Exchanges. I had heard that the TSE was going to be stripped of all its junior issuers and they would join the new exchange. Winspear might be senior in Vancouver but it would be considered a junior in Toronto.

Here is a link to some more info:

As for Hawke I didn't know S.I. erased past posts of dormant members. Where did he post before?

etc.

Hello Folks,

Don't Bite!

"Specials" are diamonds that are greater than 10.8 carats in size. In the course of mining a deposit, the valuations of the average carat generally do not include the value of the special, larger stones because they are rare enough to be unpredictable, and skew the numbers higher than prudence indicates.

In evaluating a bulk sample, these large, "special" stones are very important, as all here know. But because of the rarity, and the general unpredictability of finding them (in a general sense) it is deemed important that the value that they contribute be separated from the larger parcel.

In WSP's case, that they had large "specials" was great, an obvious plus. What is puzzling, however, (note: puzzling, not necessarily bad) is that the value of these 6 specials was not segregated from the rest; ie. described independently. Very likely this is crucial information that the NLW and analysts will want before proclaiming a buy/sell/hold.

In my opinion, WSP management knows how important this info on the large stones was, and by not including a breakdown, will leave some to suspect the worst.

Hey, maybe WSP is just being coy to sucker the stock out of weak hands as several have suggested. Maybe that's why the 2 day delay, and the processing of the poorer ore first. I don't know.

On a stand alone basis, the grade, the value, and the expected tonnage are enough to warrant a mine.

But the information is not detailed enough to make a firm conclusion. More information needs to be released, and IMHO, should have been, as it would have clarified matters to all shareholders, especially the nervous ones that might be irked at the hold and the bare bones release.

Maybe there is a greater plan as Red and others suggest. It would be nice to know about it from the company, rather than SI posters or some rumours from un-named brokers.

Please don't read anything more into this post. I seek only more information, and will call WSP first thing Monday to find out.

Best of Luck,

Confluence

Bravo, you finally had sense enough to find that I had other posts. As I said in one of my earlier posts I have not been prolific in posting as I would usually rather listen.

However I would really like to know where you get the information that I base my investment decisions on SI opinions alone. I thought by posting the report from resource indicator, & offering PDF copies of the Canaccord institutional investment report the most anyone could figure out that I do a lot of reading & research.
As to the amount of paper I hold quite plainly it's none of your business. But let me say this, my birthday present to myself for my 49th Birthday was to retire (actually semi-retire as my wife & I kept our small home based business just to have something to do) So, just keep on making your foolish incorrect assumptions.

REALLY LOL

Further clarification on the term "Specials" this morning in Sudhir's report, which is so far above anything Kaiser has ever done.
Specials apparently is a DeBeers terminology and relates to pricing practice.Stones over 10.8 cts can not be priced out of the DB voluminous price book but rather the price is negotiated, which makes them Specials.
