I cannot verify the document dated 01/01/75. But I can say that back in the spring/summer of 1993 when they brought on board the foundation equity corp. and others of great political clout into corporate directorship they gave the company the ingredients it required to succeed. You can make the best product on the market but if you have a small scope of distribution it won't go far. Jointly, this, along with some great mangagement will take this one head to head with Ballard. For those that don't know these guys, and how they operate in business, you might want to dig up some past successes (there are a couple of great ones that have attracted some big corporate names). By the way, if anyone seen the published 80 day MACD #'s in the article on friday. I personally feel those are really low. Maybe they were already taking into account a 4:1 split (that would be better).
