bob, what i want to know is what do your 'Entrepreneurs' have against me? You didn't respond to my post - #reply-10197680 I would like an answer, please. Are they suing me, are they suing Dan or Lola? ... if so, why? And if not, why are they suing Janice, when what tanked the stock was revelations about Reed on Bloomberg?

bob, you might be interested in hearing how others feel about these pathetic SLAPP suits infringing on freedom of expression. Here are two posts that i made that express my feelings on the matter - #reply-6763297 #reply-10082157 Now the context is - i'm in love with that paper, it's fine paper and has done well by me, and i expect its share price to go north for a while yet. Back last summer a newsletterwriter friend named Eric Charters claimed that Winspear had salted their samples, and posted to that effect. This likely did dampen its run at the time, and only this past Friday was finally demonstrated to be clearly untrue when the first half of this year's bulk sample results came in. Do i want him sued? - No. The share price will end up where it's going eventually anyway, no matter what anybody says market cap will follow the fundamentals sooner or later. In the meantime, we goof it up on these threads and maybe learn a few things. That's all. The company should spend its time and effort in productive enterprise, not in harassing SIers. Now that's a case where there were in fact actionable statements. In the case of your 'Entrepreneurs' against myself and friends, i don't see any actionable statements. No 'false and defamatory statements' at all [was that the language, i don't know, can't find the SLAPP release just now]. So what do you think about this, bob? .... i'd really like to know.
