thank you, though considerably lacking the detail that you implied is available to you...$3B, well, now I can't guess where to short first, the parent or the 'sibling'? either way, i hope the sales go up FAST...because the faster they do the faster this thing goes from an IPO to a mushroom cloud...imho timing is the critical factor here...be careful of getting caught like the deer in the headlights, because this is what might happen... quality problems-user, server, switches billing problems-users, integrators, re-sellers, wholesalers regulatory problems-inbound/outbound international possibly profit recogniton problems-revenue/cost shifting between card (marketing function) and operations goodwill/depreciation issues--value of assets/liabilities/accruals being shifted between parent and IPO, versus age/life/value of assets/liabilities/accruals on the IPO side, plenty of questions which you did not address, but it does take time, i understand either way, the exact time to meltdown is what my dd is focused on good luck and all guesswork and imho :))) ynot :)
