Probably not.

We probably would not call in prescriptions to an out-of-network pharmacy. I am hedging because there are some generics that are cheaper in a 3 months supply at Drugstore.com than the copayments from the patients PBM!

In general, the low-hanging fruit for eDrugstores is Medicare patients who have no drug plan. The eDrugstores are much cheaper--often 50% less than local drugstores.

My medical group is currently working on adapting the prescription writer in our electronic medical record to do EDI with Drugstore.com.

Do you really think Drugstore.com could be exaggerating about the potential 70 million members? I would think they would be open to shareholder lawsuits if they lied about this. It seems to be a rather unequivocal statistic.

Best Regards,
