I agree. The wealthy will always be able to afford the best medical care. But like you said: If they get a disease without a cure, all the wealth in the world will not help. We had plenty of examples lately.

But I am sure there are other ways to come up with the funds. Penalizing success should NOT be the way to go. There is plenty of waste in GOVT that could take care of medical science.
