I don't know how things work over there, but do any of the poplulation of TG own their homes? If so, do they have mineral rights? This could be both a blessing and a curse.

Is TG a town with somekind of government? Or is it a village, or even smaller than a village, a sort of collection of people who happen to be living communally? Big difference.
