DONNER MINERALS LTD. Lac Rocher Program Underway Number: 011-99 Dated: June 21, 1999 VSE Symbol: DML NEWS RELEASE Mr. Harvey Keats, President of Donner Minerals Ltd., reports that a $1 million field program is presently underway in the Lac Rocher area of Quebec on ground optioned from Falconbridge Limited and Noranda Inc. The field program will consist of geological mapping, prospecting, airborne and ground geophysical surveys and diamond drilling. Helicopter borne EM and Mag surveys have now been completed over all of the optioned claims that were not previously covered by the government Input EM and Mag survey. In addition, the Company has re-surveyed certain claims in order to verify and further detail known Input anomalies on the optioned ground. The geophysical anomalies identified by this survey are being evaluated by the ongoing field program. Significant anomalies that cannot be explained in the field will be tested by diamond drilling.
