Bod, they own a little over 4.5 preferred shares of Medinah Mining which on a fully converted basis is somewhere around 18 million shares of Medinah Mining. So my math comes out to around $65 MILLION DOLLARS should a major take MDHM out at $8 bucks....and they own approx 1.8 million shares of Medinah Gold, and thats as we say in the south ----LAGNAIPPE
