Congrats on a succesful move back to the States.

The $10,000 rule is just another example of how intrusive Uncle Sam has become. If I want to carry $100,000 worth of gold into the US or any other country, that should be my business and mine alone.......

Forcing overseas residents to file taxes is another nasty one.....
