BM: I think I posted an opinion like this a few weeks ago. One the bandwidth is in place set top boxes are not going to be able to keep up with what computers will be able to do. Set top TV box will develop in parallel to PC development. The convergence will be a lot more subtle than people imagine. In some places the media will be interchange able in other areas no one will care. I mean who wants to use their TV as a telephone or even their cpu for that matter but the cordless phone might work through either appliance. Oh yes the PC is here to stay. The form factor may change and the way we use software apps. might change slightly but the PC industry is alive and well. I would be a buyer of MSFT here up to 95. JFD
