What do I think? I think ADCT should have been a bit more generous with the ratio. 0.40 would have been more reasonable vs. the 0.358 exchange considering ADCT might fall on the news.

Geez! This is a ridiculous valuation - these guys have excellent product, and a sizable and respectable customer base - apparently, that's their REAL value/strength. I expected them to be bought out around $30 - $25 at least!!!
