Godd morning, >>From reading what you supplied about CSL, it appears worse case, CSL could end up with 25% of what they have now? I saw where you estimated a $2/share income(incredable!)from that %age ownership. What do you see the share price being post JV? or am I missing the point?<< First........remember these are not numbers that are derived from a large bulk sampling and could be off the mark one way or another. With that said, I have tried to be conservative, based on what I know. On the 25%.....I guess we could end up with less, but I do not expect it. I actually expect to end up with more. As far as where the price could go......In a good market, this thing was $2.25C on expectations of a financing to start a much smaller operation. But, of course, we are in a different market. I still think that companies that look like they can generate real income in a relatively short period of time (Not dependant on the price of gold) will be rewarded accordingly. The missing link, besides a deal, is a good IR / communicator. We need someone who can effectively get the word out to the money crowd and I think we might have that soon. >>From reading the PR, this "agreement" between MMA, etal, seems to be a done deal. How can anyone of the participants back out now after the type of PR that have been issued?<< Martin Marietta has only committed to purchase materials, so there is no real risk for them. As far as the others, there is no official deal until it has been negotiated and signed off on, so there is still risk there. >>As an outsider looking to acquire this stock, I would be shocked if the market has not factored in the items in the last PR already into the share price. So what will drive us higher from this level (already a 10 bagger)? I guess it would be a formal agreement with a JV?<< I have never been a trader, but a trader might percieve this as moving to far to fast. I am more of a fundamental type and search for value based on assets, potential assets, earnings, or potential earnings. With that in mind, it is my opinion that this offers value far beyond where the stock price is now if everything comes together. That is only my opinion. >>I guess the wildcard is the gov't. BUT, if this is already a going concern, they will not need permits, etc. Or will they have to start the process from the start again?<< No....they will need no permit, to my understanding. But I know they will be looking to acquire many more concessions, if this all comes together. I will not even talk about the numbers that could come from a few more concessions...We would all have our "caps lock" on <g> Have a good day, Rich
