I have used the 3V 22V10 device from Philips (who were very helpful
when I had some availability problems a while back). They are really nice to use - extremely low power, fast, keep working at ridiculously low voltages - there is nothing comparable around.

Its good that Xilinx have taken them on, as they fill a gap in the Xilinx product range and I look forward to unified design support (I assume) for these and the fpga architecture devices.
