Craig,

CYMI makes lasers.

The lasers are used in photolithography equipment commonly called steppers or scanners because of the way the resist on a wafer is exposed to the laser's light.

These steppers or scanners are one of the tools used in making chips - any and all kinds of chips.

Because CYMI's lasers operate at smaller wavelengths than other production steppers / scanners, the chips made with steppers using those lasers will be leading edge chips.

That includes leading edge memory, logic or whatever classification of chip you can imagine.

CYMI's lasers are not used for medical applications. They're not used for fiber optics applications. etc. But there's not a single type of chips that wouldn't be made with CYMI's lasers except potato.

Ian.
