Q & China--I see Q standing firm on royalty rates and fairly firm on technology transfer given China's demonstrated willingness not to pay for IP. For the deal to work, Q will need to pay the toll with some other currency. Perhaps they could provide tech transfer in infrastructure w/ some help from poor ERICY who is very much in the dog house in China.

Something that I've been meaning to ask about for a while....Does anybody know the status of CDMA buildout in India. I've read various things that mention India in conjunction with CDMA but nothing in terms of buildout or numbers. It seems to me that it is the last of the undeveloped big markets (Let's face it, GSM has a big lead right now in China). I know that because of the corruption and various political problems that doing business in India is a headache. However, with a status-conscious middle class of around 300 million people, it would definitely be worth it.
