For someone who worships Jerry "We're winning, but not succeeding" Sanders, you should be used to someone stretching the definitions of commonly-used phrases like "release date" and "volume shipments."

I am kind of interested in the subject of 'will INTC avoid RICO label'? When Integraph comes in with a win I think clear 3X patent infringement will have been established. Comments?
