Other new additions to ISSI's high speed asynchronous SRAM product line announced today are the 8ns IS61LV256 (32K X 8) and the 9ns IS61LV6424 (64K X 24). All devices are designed using ISSI's advanced 0.25-micron process technology and feature low power consumption in both active and standby modes. The IS61LV12824 supports 100MHz DSP applications and is an ideal replacement for three 128K X 8 devices. This one-chip solution lowers power consumption, reduces testing time, saves board space and increases reliability.
