Peanuts for sale, peanuts for sale, oops there are no peanuts here... shells for sale shells for sale. Nine days to de-list, is there something the managemnt knows about filing in nine days that the rest of the world has missed. I guess every good thing must come to an end.

Responding to your "about time" comment, I agree. I'm a little unclear on why just now public companies are required to be current on their filings in order to be traded on the OTC Bulletin board. Why not years ago? If you want the public to invest in your stock, you should be required to keep them informed by filing in a timely fashion. Or am I missing something?
