Jill, I got an update from Signature Stock Transfer on the total shares outstanding as of 6-17-99... Total Restricted Shares: 2,604,168 Total Shares Outstanding: 6,766,099 (There may also be some shares that are restricted by virtue of the fact they are held by insiders and the restrictions automatically placed on insiders in how they can sell shares.) As for conjecture, rumor and opinion... It appears to me that Dingaan Holdings (the Preferred Share Holder) has converted a total of perhaps 2 million. Not bad considering they have held them for nearly 3 years. I also heard (rumor) that much of what Dingaan has sold has been put back into GoProfit to help build the program. That was just rumor, but my source has generally been pretty good.
