enots (NOTE; result of email to russell 300 inquiry!!!!!!!!!) The 1998 list you found on our Web site was the list from the last rebalancing (the only one we release to the public). We only add companies to the index once a year at the rebalancing. Since they are not on that list (I double-checked) they were not in the in the index during this last year. I did look at the preliminary additions list, however, and they are on that list. You can download this list from the same section you found the full membership list on our Web site (Reconstitution). As of last Friday they are going to be added. We will have updates to the lists posted by 6 pm PST this Friday and the final lists will be release around July 9th.
