So tell me if I go this right on the VIX.

Right now it is as low as it has been in a long time and has been dropping. This indicates a topping. But if it is that low, it could be starting to move up which would be a sign of bottoming.

BTW: The vix broke P&F support at 24, but has significant support at 20.

I only recently became aware of the VIX and am still trying to figure out its validity as an indicator.
