It's good to see so many Markman memo's, but the real questions aren't always answered. I'd like to know, there will be costs associated with this project such as all those 800 numbers and the NOC of course. Is GM paying the whole thing and then only taking a share from the advertising? It is positive that they include banner advertising, and not just audio. So, I think we are seeing this free service scenario is the main reason for upgrading the NOC. I had hoped for something more like BellSouth. What should we look for with Qwest? Regards, Mark
