So we should only be concerned if
the market is significantly overvalued now?

Justa,

If you keep posting queries like that, we may be forced to send you over to fool.com for a refresher course in the Fool's School. :-)

It still is a "market of stocks" not a "stock market" that individuals invest in.

More to the point, with the Semis starting an up cycle, I believe that it would take a major unforeseen shock for leaders in this sector to underperform the overall market, or any other competing investment asset.

JMHO,
Ian.

re: Now that sounds like the first step down a slippery slope. So we should only be concerned if the market is significantly overvalued now?

No, I don't read it that way. I think she is saying that the Bears who have been claiming the market is in a huge bubble that is well past bursting, are wrong. I think it also says that she would issue a huge, strong buy if the market were to correct 20 to 30% and not be worried that it would stay there or go lower, as in a bear market, for a long period since the market would be oversold there (in her opinion.)

Funny, we need "Greenspeak Translators" and now "Pundit Translators". Is you company going to include these in your product offering?
