I used to powder bricks and cinder blocks with the 7mm mag. 175 grains had a pretty sharp recoil to a boy in a tee shirt.

I bought one of the '06 Garands through the DOD civilian marksman deal. Had to go to the police and have my prints taken. I have shot a few rounds of Belgium made ammo through it. Left over rounds from WW II. They came in a large, sealed box and are in great shape.
