Haim,
I may have addressed your point, which you could have inferred from my first message. However, you did not address mine. That is that just because you are not informed about what is going on with the management of a company does not mean that nothing is happening. Both CSCO and LU are public companies, it is absurd to think that they are not concerned with stock price. They have an obligation to be concerned with the stock price. It is part of the reality of being a public company.

I am informed where the networking industry is concerned and anybody that is informed understands the nuances in the strategies of LU, NT and CSCO.

I may have made your point, you have however driven my point home too.
