Interesting and somewhat unusual viewpoint.I can't remember who it was but one of the founding fathers said something to the effect that eventually the constitution would be so entangled in precedents that it would become almost unrecognizable. It's not surprising that the feds would try to seize power- the real problem lies with the sluts on the Supreme Court that have let them do it, a public that doesn't seem to care , and a media that shamelessly slants and dumbs down the news. The 10 th amendment in particular might as well not be there since it is constantly violated. Before we get flamed, I guess we better go back to gorilla investing but I do appreciate your interesting posts.
