Thread,

What has COMS done in the past in the days following earnings. Does on want to hold through, or take it off the table and hope for a pullback?

Jeff

<<This seems to be rare opportunity or value investing>>

Over the last three years, do you know how many times that question has been asked to me and/or mentioned on THIS THREAD?

Let me save you some time on your learned discussions with this analogy: CSCO is Steak, COMS is Hamburger.

You're not revealing any new and insightful questions, this idiotic value argument has been played out so many times, it makes my eyes bleed.

My answer to your question has, and will continue to be, CSCO over COMS any day. I would buy CSCO at these levels any day. If you look at the price movement today, it's up $4 and has broken out of a major trading range.

Now if you ask me what I own (besides GNET and AMTD -- thought I'd mention those), I do own BOTH CSCO and COMS.

I own COMS merely as a speculative play on the whole networking sector and future consolidation within it.

But CSCO is the baby in the cradle.
