Our fundamentally sound Brinker thread may throw a loop into your scenario <g>. It is hotter (see hot topics) than the internet threads as I write and we just took market share lead away from a daytrading thread. This is a very disturbing development as we would like to see no interest in this thread going forward into any bear market <VBG>.

I just talked with my brother in the midwest.....
He has been looking at the local paper in the job section....
He has noticed that "short order cooks" are now getting paid $9-10 /hour....
Very recently, they got minimum wage....

check out the want adds in your local paper....

Is this the kind of stuff you see near a top? A guy comes on CNBC, shows a couple of charts saying while II sentiment is very bullish there is a very high number of specialist shorting and this is a very negative development. He then goes on and talks about a lot of big cap tech stocks he's buying and when asked if this a contradiction he says well he likes the way their acting right now
