Carole, I had somewhat the same problem and mr.mark suggested this, START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/SYSTEMS/PERFORMANCE/GRAPHICS/ADVANCE GRAPHICS SETTINGS, slide the bar to left, maybe all the way to NONE, OK all the way out. If this helps maybe go back and slowly move bar to right 1 notch at a time until it happens again then move it back left one notch and leave it there. Hope this helps, otherwise you may have to uninstall the speed up program, dunno'! Regards, /jw
