Its a terrible short position, he is touting...should be covering,if anything....this makes NO sense!!!!

I think you are right on target. I have seen these very scenarios played out many times on both sides of a trade. I would not carry a short position in IDTC at this point in the evolution of these catalysts. I think once the road shows start there will be more alliances announced to generate interest. The shorts made a good move in the low 30s but that story is over now. They wont be able to play again until sometime in August IMHO. We'll see how the day closes and who prevails.
