You make a good point. I think it will be very interesting to see what happens. INETs look like they are recovering, but I am no longer convinced that the cyclicals will pay the price. CRB looks like it is on a genuine recovery off it's lows. If Asian recovery continues, cyclicals will keep going(albeit more slowly). The INETS are a pure momentum trade again. This is worrisome. Will the momentum continue when AOL hits the 150s and its PE hits the low 400s? Can AOL maintain a 400 PE for a while? That, to me, is the 64K question.
