J.Nelson: I just spoke to IR regarding the outstanding shares at this time. I was told that to his knowledge there have been no changes in the OS since May 8, 1999 which is posted on the website. The amount listed is: 71,300,334 shares. Apparently there has been no further dilution of stock to this point. Does this seem correct to you? The Gipper

This could be the life saver for the shorts who should have started a cover by now. Why is the company adding shares at such a point in time??? If they are Jim, I was on the run so unfortunately did not have time to respond adequately. From reading your posts I have determined you are not capable of being anything but negative regardless of the facts or the progress of the company. I don't believe I bashed you in the previous post but truly do wonder what your agenda is. It becomes irritating to continually read your obsessive and simplistic conclusions regarding the issuance of shares. Are you suggesting that MDHM should not acquire a property that could make the company more attractive for a takeout, because me may very possibly have a large short position? If you do believe this I suggest you examine your ability to think logically.
