mark, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Are you talking about the letter I wrote to Linda of the Ventura County Clerks office regarding lawsuits ???? I don't understand, it wasn't a love letter??

From the 10Q filed 4/29/99
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
ITEM 1. LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
On April 5, 1999, the Company's subsidiary FNet Corp. ("FNet") filed a lawsuit to rescind an employment contract and to seek damages from a former terminated employee . The employee subsequently filed a claim with the Texas Work Force Commission, requesting full compensation under the employment contract. FNet plans to vigorously contest the action. There can be no assurance that FNet will be successful in its lawsuit, or defense of the action brought by the
former employee. An adverse outcome would not have a material adverse effect on the Company's financial condition.
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

I'm going to try to call her this morning to clear up any confusion about love letters. Perhaps when I do call, she will be able to shed some light on the above lawsuit, as the dates and circumstances do not match the Filing in Fnet vs Magruder etal ????????????????????

Could it be possible there are two different lawsuits ???? The one against Magruder and "TEN" John Does and an additional lawsuit vs someone else who actually was terminated ??????

Maybe all this was discussed at the shareholders meeting and it's old news, but it never hurts to check. Does it,mark ?????

At least it will clear up the Love letter issue.
