I am feeling bummed out about housing-hunting, there is almost nothing on the market, and the prices are going up so fast I can't keep up with them. Now interest rates are going up, too. One of my advisers suggests waiting until late fall, early winter, that interest rates will come down and so will housing prices, but then he says the same thing about the stock market, too.<g> I found a nice house, it costs more than I am pre-qualified for, and my lender is giving me the run-around on rates. So I feel tempted just to say bad words, stay where we are, and spend the summer having fun.
