Perhaps, this is Michael Cowpland's way of saying there is a new Corel now, so let's forget about the old one. Hopefully, it works out to our benefit.

As I have observed the trading for many, many months, it seems that the $5.70 range (not exact) is a significant one for Corel. This is where it used to settle at when it was trading higher. Twice after the earning's warning, the stock traded back up to $5.70. Effectively, I believe that this is the bottom range for the stock when it is moving upwards. and the top when it is moving downwards.

I expected a little more out of the trading today, but I believe MC warning about the expected profit of 14 cents has caused some unrest. That statement may have hurt some of the momentum Corel had last week. To tell you the truth, without his statements, we would have seen $7-$7.50 for the day. Still waiting for the numbers to be released which is supposed to be today.

Just an opinion.
