re. the Life Foundation Trust and its flight simulator, I tried to track down the leasing company that supposedly leased the flight simulator to them.

I did this because one of the few public records for "Life Foundation Trust" is something with a recorder's office in Arizona reporting that the Trust has:

"refurbished Aviation Simulation Trainers, Inc.; 300 Flight Training Device; serial #1086"

the secured party is: "Leasing Corporation of America, Inc., P.O. Box 69, Burlington, KS 66839".

full details were posted earlier here: techstocks.com

It turns out that there is no phone listing in the state of Kansas for a "Leasing Corporation of America" that I could find. Not in Burlington KS, and not anywhere else, either.

However, there is a Leasing Corporation of America registered in either Overland Park or Shawnee Mission, Kansas. I got that info from the Kansas Secretary of State website. Here's what I found:

The Leasing Corporation of America was registered only last year, and it doesn't have a telephone number. The address that is indicated is an office building. I called the concierge for the office building, and she told me that she had never heard of the 'Leasing Corporation of America'. She said that the suite #1100 indicated in the corporate records has been rented for at least several years to a law firm, Shugurt Thompson & Kilroy.

So it appears to me that this "Leasing Corporation of America" is probably a tiny outfit, if it operates at all.

here's the corporation record, from the state of Kansas:
